Refunds Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Unopened Bottles: 

  • To be eligible for a refund/exchange, the product MUST be unopened with the safety seal unbroken still attached to the dropper and still in the original packaging, only then you'll be able to return it to receive a full refund or exchange it.

Opened Bottles:

  • To be eligible for returns, the contents must be in the original packaging. 
  • Returns are only accepted if purchased directly from our Indivita Hemp website.
  • The contents must be in the original packaging.
  • Items received as gifts will be dealt with on an individual basis.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
